About the Blue Mountain Vineyard Brut
A refined traditional-method sparkling wine with a fine mousse and bright lemon, green apple and floral notes layered with toast and subtle honeyed complexity. Fresh acidity and gentle autolytic character lead into a crisp, persistent citrus finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with freshly shucked oysters, tempura prawns, potato latkes with creme fraiche, smoked trout, or triple-cream Brie.
