About the Blasted Church Unorthodox Chardonnay
An aromatic Chardonnay Musque showing orange blossom, lemon zest and stone fruit, with tropical Muscat character. Lemon, tangerine and pineapple brighten the palate, supported by fresh acidity and a persistent, well-balanced finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with halibut, buttery crab, citrus-roasted chicken, grilled fish, pork tenderloin, or lightly seasoned seafood dishes.
