About the Blandy's 10 Years Old Malmsey
Blandy's 10 Years Old Malmsey is a rich Madeira with dried fruit, caramel, honey, spice and confectionery aromas. The palate is sweet, smooth and full-bodied, balanced by refreshing acidity. Notes of aged brandy, smoked wood, walnut and molasses develop through a long, warming and complex finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with dark chocolate, chocolate desserts, fruitcake, creme brulee, or aged cheese.
