About the Blandy's 10 Years Old Bual
Blandy's 10 Years Old Bual is a medium-rich Madeira showing dried figs, plums, almonds, caramel, vanilla and sweet spice. The palate is smooth and concentrated, balancing gentle sweetness with lively acidity. Notes of fruitcake, candied fruit, honey and ginger biscuit carry through the persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with foie gras, aged Gouda, blue cheese, fruitcake, or creme brulee.
