Blackbird Vineyards Paramour is a Napa Valley Bordeaux-style red centered on Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Dark berries, plum, violet, cocoa and cedar shape its layered profile, while polished tannins and generous texture provide structure. French oak maturation adds complexity, leading to a rich, persistent and elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with braised short ribs, roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, or aged cheeses.
