Blackbird Vineyards Arise 2022 is a right-bank-inspired Napa blend bursting with aromas of blood plum, graphite, dried herbs, and bitter chocolate. Medium-plus weight on the palate delivers layers of blackberry, cedar, and potpourri framed by supple tannins and lively acidity, finishing long and velvety.
Food pairing : Serves best with rosemary-rubbed lamb chops, smoked beef brisket, wild-mushroom tagliatelle, aged Gouda, peppercorn-crusted steak, or truffle burgers.
