Black Hills Rose

Black Hills Estate Winery Rosé is a premium, Mediterranean-inspired dry rosé from British Columbia’s Black Sage Bench. Moving away from its early Pinot Noir roots, recent vintages adopt a "Provence style" Rhône blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre. It is characterized by its pale salmon hue and a complex aromatic profile of ripe strawberry, raspberry, and rhubarb, accented by savory notes of white pepper and dried herbs. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a silky texture and a crisp, refreshing acidity that makes it an ideal pairing for grilled salmon, charcuterie, or fresh salads.
