About the Black Hills Brut
Black Hills Sparkling Brut is a premium, traditional-method sparkling wine from British Columbia, lauded for its "tremendous tension and energy". This dry bubbly typically rests on its lees for 40 months to develop a complex, toasty character with notes of brioche, meringue, and chalky minerals. On the palate, it is vibrant and fresh, balancing the zesty citrus and floral notes of Chardonnay with the richness and red fruit accents of Pinot Noir.
