Black Fox Farm & Distillery Canadian Dry Gin (also widely known as Gin #3) is an award-winning, farm-to-bottle craft spirit produced in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Made with estate-grown triticale grain—a unique, hardy wheat and rye hybrid—this gin is infused with 15 carefully curated botanicals, including locally grown calendula flower, rhubarb, and native Canadian juniper. It offers a stunningly fresh, crisp, and robust northern terroir profile that sits comfortably between a traditional juniper-forward London Dry and a modern, citrusy botanical gin.

TASTING NOTES - Crystal clear and perfectly transparent. It has a clean, crisp, and medium-to-full body with a remarkably smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel.
