About the Black Chalk Classic Sparkling
Crafted in the chalk hills of Hampshire, England, Black Chalk Classic is a benchmark expression of English sparkling wine. Led by winemaker Jacob Leadley, Black Chalk focuses on traditional method sparkling production utilizing a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grown on estate-managed vineyards along the River Test.
Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, seared scallops, smoked salmon, fish and chips, triple-crream cheeses.
