About the Trinity River Vineyards Black Bear Cuvee 2023
Black Bear Cuvée blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from steep, sustainably farmed Mendocino terraces. Low-intervention winemaking and just 20 % new French oak preserve vivid black-berry fruit, cedar, and a touch of pepper. The palate is bold yet bright, balancing ripe tannins with cool-climate acidity for a long, mineral finish.
Food pairing : Pairs best with serve alongside grilled rib-eye, barbecued short ribs, peppered venison, mushroom ragout, wild-herb roast lamb, or aged Gouda cheese.
