About the Bisci Verdicchio di Matelica Extra Brut
Bisci Verdicchio di Matelica Extra Brut is produced entirely from organically grown Verdicchio in Matelica. Made using the long Martinotti method, it spends ten months developing its sparkling character before release. Calcareous clay soils and south to southwest exposures underpin this low-dosage, focused sparkling wine.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with fried calamari, grilled prawns, seafood risotto, and fresh soft cheeses.
