Bindi Sergardi 'Tenuta Mocenni' Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2019 (Mocenni 89) is a refined, powerful, and deeply expressive Tuscan red wine produced from a single high-altitude parcel of 25-year-old Sangiovese vines grown on marl and limestone soils. Displaying an intense ruby-red hue, it opens with a complex and aromatic bouquet of ripe wild strawberries, red cherries, and citrus marmalade, elegantly accented by notes of incense, sweet spices, and crushed stone. On the palate, it exhibits a full-bodied, sleek structure driven by vibrant acidity and fine, silky tannins, carrying layers of crunchy red fruits and Mediterranean herbs into an exceptionally long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with grilled Fiorentina steak, braised wild boar ragù, roasted rack of lamb, truffled pasta dishes, and aged Pecorino Toscano cheese.
