Sourced from the south-southeast facing 'Mont de Milieu' Premier Cru vineyard—celebrated for its ideal sun exposure and signature Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in marine fossils—this Chardonnay fruit is cool-fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks, with a small portion aged in neutral oak, to maintain maximum aromatic purity and site-specific terroir. In the glass, it reveals a pale lemon hue with brilliant golden highlights. The nose opens with an inviting bouquet of white peach, crisp green apple, acacia blossom, lemon curd, and a distinct line of crushed flint minerality. On the palate, it is rich, concentrated, and beautifully textured, seamlessly balancing vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavors with electric acidity, leading to a long, chalky, and saline finish.
