About the Bibi Graetz Colore Rosso
Bibi Graetz Colore Rosso is the flagship red wine produced by charismatic artist and winemaker Bibi Graetz. Made from low-yielding, historic old vines in high-altitude Tuscan sites including Lamole, Vincigliata, Olmo, and Siena, this cuvée represents the absolute pinnacle of Bibi Graetz's winemaking portfolio. Vinified using native yeasts in open-top barrels with manual punch-downs and aged in French oak, the wine offers expressive aromas of dark cherries, wild raspberries, crushed violets, dried herbs, and graphite. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and pure, featuring fine-grained tannins, vibrant natural acidity, and a long, persistent mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with bistecca alla Fiorentina, braised venison, roasted rack of lamb, wild boar ragù, truffle dishes, and aged Pecorino cheese.
