Bib & Tucker Double Char 6 Year Old Bourbon is a small-batch Tennessee straight bourbon whiskey crafted using an innovative double-barrel maturation process. After aging for six years in new charred American white oak barrels, the bourbon is transferred to a second, heavily charred new oak barrel that has been cold-smoked with sugar maple wood for a minimum of five months. Inspired by turn-of-the-century open-flame cooking, this fire-forged aging method infuses the high-rye bourbon with a distinctive savory white smoke, rich sweet maple, and deep wood complexity.

Food Pairing: Barbecued beef brisket, charred ribeye steak, smoked gouda burgers, dark chocolate brownies, s'mores, and maple pecan pie.

Tasting Notes : Deep amber to polished copper in appearance, offering a rich, smooth, and velvety texture on the palate.

Nose : A touch of white smoke and toasted oak with immediate notes of dulce de leche, vanilla, campfire smoke, toasted marshmallow, and subtle background hints of cinnamon and clove.
