Named after a 19th-century Southern colloquialism meaning "dressed in one's finest," Bib & Tucker Classic 6 Year Old Bourbon is a small-batch, non-chill-filtered Tennessee bourbon produced by 35 Maple Street Spirits. Double-distilled using a column still and an antique copper pot still, it is crafted from a high-rye mashbill and aged for a minimum of six years in lightly charred (#1 char) American white oak barrels. The resulting spirit delivers a rich, dessert-forward profile balanced by bold baking spices and soft wood undertones.

Food Pairing: Smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, dark chocolate truffles, pecan pie, glazed ham, and aged sharp cheddar or Gruyère cheese.

Tasting Notes : Deep golden amber in appearance. It offers a creamy, smooth, and full-textured mouthfeel on the palate.

Nose : Warm vanilla bean, dark chocolate, sweet baking spices, and toasted oak, followed by subtle hints of dried apricot and orange jam.
