About the Benoit Girardin Savigny-Les-Beaune Vieilles Vignes Blanc
Benoit Girardin Savigny-Les-Beaune Vieilles Vignes Blanc is crafted from old-vine Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels and aged on fine lees for 18 months, it offers freshness, mineral precision, and elegant texture.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted chicken, lobster, scallops, creamy seafood dishes, grilled white fish, and aged Comté cheese.
