About the Berton Metal The Black Shiraz
Deep and intensely coloured, with blackberry and plum aromas layered over toasted vanilla, coffee and spicy oak. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, showing ripe plum, blueberry and mocha, supported by dense, ripe tannins and a long, structured finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with slow-cooked beef, rich roasts, barbecue ribs, grilled lamb, hearty stews, or strong aged cheeses.
