Bereche & Fils Ambonnay Grand Cru 2019

Bérêche et Fils Ambonnay Grand Cru 2019 is an extraordinary, single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs grower Champagne crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir harvested from old vines in the Grand Cru parcel "Les Feuchères" in Ambonnay. Barrel fermented with natural yeasts and aged under cork with blocked malolactic fermentation, it was disgorged with a minimal Extra Brut dosage. In the glass, it displays a vibrant gold hue with a refined, persistent perlage. The nose exhibits expressive aromas of orange peel, red apple, toasted brioche, honeycomb, dried red cherries, and crushed chalk minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and creamy yet brilliantly linear, offering immense depth, tense acidity, subtle spice, and a long, saline-driven finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs superbly with roasted duck breast, seared scallops, wild mushroom risotto, grilled lobster, roasted pork tenderloin, aged Comté, and truffle dishes.
