Benriach 'The Twenty One' 21 Year Old is an exceptionally complex and richly layered Speyside single malt crafted by Master Blender Rachel Barrie. This sophisticated expression is created from a masterful marriage of both unpeated and gently peated spirit that has been matured for at least 21 years in a unique combination of four distinct cask types: bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks, and Bordeaux red wine casks. The result is a beautifully balanced and deeply characterful whisky that weaves sweet orchard fruit, rich chocolate, and warm oak spice with an elegant, lingering touch of sweet pine smoke.

Food Pairing: Smoked duck breast, roasted venison with a dark berry reduction, aged gouda, or dark chocolate with roasted nuts.

Tasting Notes : Rich autumn russet to deep amber in appearance with a velvety, luxurious, and beautifully integrated mouthfeel.
