Càrn Mòr Strictly Limited BenRiach 10 Year Old 2012 Port Finish is a limited-edition Speyside single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers. Distilled at BenRiach in 2012, the whisky was matured for eight years in refill bourbon hogsheads followed by two years in Ruby Port casks, before being bottled in 2023 at 47.5% ABV. Limited to 798 bottles, the Port influence brings a rich fruit-driven dimension to BenRiach's Speyside malt character.

Food Pairing: Pair with dark chocolate, berry cheesecake, roasted duck with berry sauce, aged cheddar, fruit tart or toasted nuts.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and fruit-forward, with ripe red berries and strawberries layered over sweet malt, dark fruit, gentle oak and warming spice.

Nose: Ripe red berries and strawberries with sweet malt, plum, vanilla and subtle oak.

Palate: Juicy red fruit and ripe plum develop alongside creamy vanilla, gentle cinnamon spice and a touch of dark chocolate.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering ripe strawberry, sweet fruit, soft oak and gentle spice.
