A premium and highly intellectual artisanal amber or skin-contact orange wine from the rugged, rocky Carso landscape. The palate is deeply complex, showing structural depth with notes of dried apricot, preserved orange peel, pink grapefruit, and wild honey, layered with undertones of dried white flowers and crushed rock minerality. It possesses a medium-bodied texture shaped by a light, intentional tannic grip from extended skin maceration, backed by an energetic and lively core of natural acidity. The finish is incredibly persistent, dry, and marked by a distinct, saline volcanic-like tang.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with savory mushroom tarts, grilled octopus, roasted poultry with herbs, or aged hard cheeses.
