The Meadowbrook single vineyard Oak Knoll fruit shows a cooler growing profile with herbs, earth, plum skins and hints of red fruits. The taut fruit is beautifully balanced by 40% new French oak, imparting glimpses of vanilla, ganache, sweet cigar box, and sage. A modern take on a classic style. Tiny production and low alcohol.
