Ben Nevis 32 Year Old 1991 Symington's Choice is an exceptional single-cask Highland single malt Scotch whisky independently bottled by Signatory Vintage. Distilled in October 1991, it matured for 32 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt before being bottled in August 2024 at a natural cask strength of 54.9% ABV. Cask #3837 produced just 499 bottles, combining the robust character of mature Ben Nevis with deep Oloroso richness, dark fruit, chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice.
