About the Bedrock Old Vines Zinfandel 2021/2022
Blended from historic California vineyards averaging over 80 years old, this 14.5% ABV California field blend features Zinfandel co-fermented with Carignan and Cinsault. It yields a juicy, supple palate of black cherry, licorice, and dried sage balanced by zesty acidity.
Food Pairing: Pairs magnificently with slow-braised beef short ribs, a classic grilled ribeye steak, pan-seared venison loin, or an artisanal cheese board featuring rich, sharp aged cheddar.
