About the Bedford Park X Super 8 Linkwood 2014 10 Year Old 55.5% ABV
The Speyside region, by the banks of the river Lossie near Elgin, is the home of Linkwood distillery. This Linkwood single malt was distilled in 2014 and matured in a once used bourbon barrel before being bottled in 2024.
The cask has been bottled in collaboration with Super8, known for their restaurants Kiln, Smoking Goat, Brat and Mountain. We still remember the first time we set foot in Kiln so many years ago and, over many happy returns, we have had the pleasure not only of tasting some of the most fantastic dishes we’ve ever come across, but also coming up with this dream collaboration with the Super8 team. While a lovely sipper, this was also bottled with a view to enjoying in a highball or other whisky cocktail of your choice.
This single malt scotch whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, yielding 99 bottles at a cask strength of 55.5% ABV.
