Bedford Park Caol Ila 16 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Bedford Park Caol Ila 16 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited single-cask independent release under the Bedford Park label. Distilled at the famous Caol Ila Distillery overlooking the Sound of Islay, this expression underwent 16 years of patient maturation in an oak cask. Bottled at natural cask strength without chill filtration or added caramel coloring, it presents a sophisticated integration of Caol Ila’s signature maritime peat smoke, sweet lemon oil, medicinal coastal notes, and soft oak vanilla.

Food Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with raw oysters, smoked salmon, charred ribeye steak, sharp blue cheese, or dark chocolate with sea salt.

Tasting Notes: A refined, well-aged Islay single malt showcasing sweet peat smoke, citrus oils, cured meats, and gentle toasted oak spice.

Nose: Aromatic bonfire smoke, tarry ropes, lemon zest, sweet malt, brine, and subtle vanilla oak.
