Pierre Meurgey Beaune Premier Cru Les Valieres is a Pinot Noir from the Aux Cras parcel, grown on clay and limestone soils. It offers intense cherry and raspberry aromas, a ruby color with garnet hints, integrated tannins and impressive palate length. Fermentation and ageing occur in oak barrels.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted duck breast, mushroom risotto, veal chops and thyme jus.
