La Belle Montagne IGP Méditerranée Rosé 2021 is produced by Domaine La Grande Bauquière in Provence. Pale salmon in colour, it offers aromas of fresh strawberry, white peach, citrus, and delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and vibrant with crisp acidity, juicy red fruit, and a clean mineral finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled seafood, Mediterranean salads, sushi, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, and light summer dishes.
