Domaine Faiveley's Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru is known for its elegant yet powerful character, with aromas of white and yellow fruits, white flowers (like acacia and orange blossom), and a hint of brioche. The palate is described as delicate but distinctive, with stewed fruit and candied lemon notes, and a fresh, lively finish with exceptional length. Some tasters also note aromas of honeysuckle, white orchard fruit, spice, and floral nuances, especially acacia. The wine often exhibits a mid-lemon yellow color.
