Distilled using traditional copper column alambic stills and aged for a minimum of 25 years in French oak barrels (including local Gascon oak), this house reserve highlights decades of slow maturation. It delivers a deeply layered profile marked by candied fruits, roasted cocoa, polished wood, soft leather, and refined rancio.
