Crafted entirely from hand-harvested Nebbiolo grapes grown in calcareous-clay soils, the wine undergoes a precise skin maceration before aging for at least 18 months in French oak barrels. In the glass, it displays a bright ruby red color with subtle garnet highlights, opening with an intriguing and complex bouquet of sour cherries, wild strawberries, and red currants, seamlessly layered with notes of fresh mint, eucalyptus, dried rose petals, and warm baking spices.
