A vibrant Côtes du Rhône crafted by Domaine Julien Barge from 100% Syrah grown on shallow granite hillside soils. Vinified using submerged-cap fermentation and aged for 12 months in seasoned French oak barrels, it offers aromas of blackberries, plum, violets, and cracked pepper with a fresh, fruit-forward palate, silky tannins, and an elegant finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with grilled sausages, roast chicken, burgers, barbecue, pizza, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
