Crafted in Bergen, Norway, at OSS Craft Distillery by master distiller Stig Bareksten, this award-winning ultra-premium gin is inspired by the dark, dense Norwegian forests. Distilled using a potato spirit base and 26 natural botanicals—19 of which are locally sourced—it captures the dark, dramatic essence of Nordic nature with a focus on wild berries, forest herbs, and earthy roots.

Food Pairing: Smoked salmon, cured meats, wild mushroom crostini, venison, or sharp Scandinavian cheeses like Västerbottensost.

Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a rich, silky, and slightly viscous mouthfeel that coats the palate with deep forest aromatics.

Nose: Intensely aromatic with intense piney juniper, fresh spruce needles, wild blueberries, lingonberries, subtle peppermint, and earthy forest floor undertones.

Palate: Rich and complex, opening with bold juniper, pine, and herbal spices before unfolding into tart dark berries, sweet orange peel, subtle menthol, and an earthy herbal bitterness.
