A refined and classically styled Nebbiolo from one of Piedmont’s most historic estates, the 2021 Barbaresco Tradizione reflects a vintage characterized by its vibrancy and structural balance. This wine exhibits a garnet red color with brilliant ruby reflections. The nose is intense and persistent, offering an expressive bouquet of red cherries, raspberries, and wild rose, layered with sophisticated notes of cloves, earth, and a refreshing hint of mint. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied and harmonious, showcasing a vigorous yet elegant profile with fine, pleasantly grippy tannins that frame the juicy fruit. Sourced from vineyards with clay and limestone soils, it was aged for one year in Slavonian oak barrels followed by an additional year of maturation in the bottle to develop its intricate layers.
