Barao de Vilar Colheita Port 1997 is a single-vintage tawny Port from Portugal's Douro region. Extended barrel maturation develops layered dried fruit, raisin, caramel, vanilla and smoky wood notes, supported by refreshing acidity and a persistent finish. Its mature character combines richness, warmth and complexity with classic Colheita depth.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with caramelized nut tart, aged hard cheeses, creme brulee, or almond cake.
