Baldur's Whisky Release No.001 Straight Wheat Whisky is a small-batch Canadian whisky produced by Last Mountain Distillery in Saskatchewan. This inaugural Baldur's release is made entirely from Canadian wheat and matured in charred oak barrels, showcasing a smooth, grain-forward character with gentle sweetness, orchard fruit, vanilla, and restrained oak.

Food Pairing: Roast pork with apple glaze, grilled chicken, baked Brie, aged cheddar, toasted almonds, apple crumble, bread pudding, and vanilla custard.

Tasting Notes: Light golden in colour with a smooth, rounded and gently sweet profile, balancing honeyed wheat and ripe orchard fruit with vanilla, soft spice, and oak.
