Baldur's Release No.003 6 Year Old Bourbon Style Canadian Whisky

Baldur's Release No.003 6 Year Old Bourbon Style Canadian Whisky is a limited small-batch Canadian whisky produced by Last Mountain Distillery in Lumsden, Saskatchewan. Release No.003 combines sour mash and sweet mash whisky and was matured for six years in new charred oak barrels. Made from a mashbill of 68% corn, 21% rye and 11% malted barley, it balances sweet corn, honey and vanilla with the warming spice contributed by its rye component. The release was limited to only 266 bottles.
