Baldoria Vermouth Wild Plum is an innovative and artisanal semi-dry white vermouth crafted in Boves, Piedmont. Created through a collaboration between Baldoria and the Alpine Maritime Society, it features an infusion of rare, native Alpine wild plums set against a Chardonnay wine base. Macerated with essential botanicals such as wormwood, clary sage, rosemary, fennel, and orange peel, it captures the perfect harmony between the tartness of wild plum flesh and the warm, marzipan-like character of the fruit's kernel. On the palate, it is smooth, lush, and elegant, balancing delicate floral aromatics with a rounded stone-fruit profile and a subtle, refreshing herbal bitterness.
