About the Badenhorst Caperitif
Badenhorst Caperitif is a handcrafted South African vermouth and Cape aperitif based on Chenin Blanc. Fortification with grape spirit and natural grape sugars supports layers of citrus, flowers, herbs and gentle bitterness. Around 35 native botanicals create an aromatic, complex profile with distinctive regional character.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with semi-hard cheeses, citrus-marinated olives, smoked almonds, or charcuterie.
