Bachelet-Monnot Maranges Vieilles Vignes is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from old vines in the Maranges appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Produced from mature vineyards in Le Chamery and Le Clos, it offers aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, violet, baking spice, and forest floor with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roast duck, grilled pork, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, roast chicken, and aged cheeses.
