About the Babich Sauvignon Blanc
Babich Sauvignon Blanc is a classic, vibrant, and expressive white wine crafted by Babich Wines in the renowned Marlborough region of New Zealand. Produced primarily from estate-grown fruit and fermented in stainless steel, it is intentionally styled to be fuller, riper, and remarkably approachable. In the glass, it exhibits a pale straw color with bright green highlights. The nose opens with intense aromatics of passion fruit, grapefruit, white flowers, and crushed herbs. On the palate, it delivers a lively rush of crunchy tropical fruits, mandarin, and lime zest, balanced by crisp acidity, subtle flinty mineral undertones, and a long, refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with fresh oysters, goat cheese crostini, pan-seared white fish, grilled shrimp, spring green salads, and light seafood pasta.
