Crafted by boutique winemaker Neven Vuina in the Kaštela-Trogir winegrowing subregion of coastal Dalmatia, Babica Štafileo celebrates one of Croatia's rarest indigenous red grape varieties. Genetically related to Plavac Mali, Babica thrives in the sunny, Mediterranean climate of Kaštel Štafilić, yielding a distinctive wine rooted in deep coastal heritage.
Food Pairing: Dalmatian brudet (seafood stew), roasted lamb chops, veal in savory sauces, grilled oily fish, aged hard cheeses.
