B. Desaunay-Bissey Chablis 1er Cru Les Lys 2012 is crafted from 100% Chardonnay from the Premier Cru Les Lys vineyard in Chablis. Partial barrel ageing enhances aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus, oyster shell, and subtle toast, while the palate remains refined, mineral-driven, and beautifully balanced with excellent ageing potential.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with oysters, lobster, scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy seafood dishes, and aged Comté cheese.
