COS Rami Bianco 2023

The 2023 Rami is a gorgeous, beguiling, utterly exotic wine. Tobacco, dried herbs, orange peel, sage, rosemary and smoke are all woven together on a deep, broad-shouldered frame. A gorgeous, expressive wine, the Rami is loaded with pure class. Hints of honey, orange peel and hazelnuts add further complexity with time. Rami undergoes spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast, and it normally spends 7 days on the skins. It is then aged in concrete vats for eight months followed by three months in the bottle before release.
