About the AXR Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Rich eggplant hues with hints of black cherry and ruby greet the eye. The nose bursts with cedar, cinnamon, and warm spices alongside black currant, thyme, rosemary, cigar box, and mineral notes. On the palate, a vibrant entry develops into a full-bodied mid-section with structured tannins softened by plum and dark fruit, finishing with lingering graphite and blackberry jam complexity.
Food Pairing: Pair with grilled beef tenderloin, pan-seared venison, or an artisanal cheese selection featuring sharp cheddar and aged gruyere.

This 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is also brilliant, with plenty of darker cassis and currant-driven fruit to go with a full-bodied, concentrated, powerful style on the palate. It has the vintage's fresh, focused, concentrated.

Cedar and blackberry with blackcurrant and violet aromas. Medium- to full-bodied with hints of hazelnut and chocolate and some olive undertones. So fresh and vivid at the end. All about balance and drinkability.
