About the Avondale Qvevri Red
Avondale Qvevri Red is a Grenache-led red blend fermented and matured in traditional clay Qvevri vessels. Succulent red fruits, violets and spice meet distinctive mineral and earthy notes. Bright acidity, abundant fruit and fine structure create freshness, balance and an expressive, characterful finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with confit duck, braised pork shoulder, springbok loin, or beef tortellini.
