About the Avondale Cyclus White Blend
Avondale Cyclus is a complex white blend with rich aromas of violets, peach and frangipani. Pear, golden apple, spicy apricot and subtle clementine shape the palate, complemented by pronounced minerality. Natural fermentation and extended lees contact contribute texture, depth and a creamy, structured finish.
Food Pairing: Pairs best with roasted butternut, grilled prawns, creamy poultry dishes, or seared white fish.
