Avion Reserva 44 Extra Anejo Tequila

Avion Reserva 44 Extra Anejo Tequila is an ultra-premium, highly acclaimed Extra Añejo crafted in the town of Jesus Maria in the highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco. The process begins with hand-selected Blue Weber agave roasted in traditional brick ovens. The spirit is then meticulously aged for 43 months in traditional oak barrels before spending its final month in specially selected, petite oak barrels that are rotated daily. This unique 44-month maturation process results in an extraordinarily smooth, rich, and complex tequila that beautifully balances the natural sweet, roasted agave notes with deep, luxurious oak influence.

Food Pairing: Dark chocolate truffles, crème brûlée, flan, caramel-heavy desserts, slow-roasted pork belly, or a fine cigar.
